The Designated Employer Representative (DER) Training: Non-DOT is tailored to equip DERs with essential knowledge of the drug and alcohol testing industry. This self-guided course focuses on developing the supervisory skills necessary to ensure compliance with company policies as well as local and state regulations. Upon completion of this course, supervisors will be equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to assume the role of Designated Employer Representative (DER) and effectively manage their workplace's drug and alcohol testing program.
