Scheduling a test is simple. Call our toll-free number, email our scheduling team, or use our online system to set up a test. We provide login credentials for our scheduling platform, allowing you to arrange tests directly from your office. Same-day service is typically available, with no appointments required. Employees need only a test registration pass and a government-issued ID to proceed.

Certified Laboratory and MRO Oversight

We work exclusively with SAMHSA-certified laboratories to ensure accurate results. All drug tests, including positives, are reviewed by our Medical Review Officers (MROs). Our pricing includes laboratory analysis and MRO review, with no hidden fees.

Detection Windows

Detection periods vary by test type. Urine testing typically detects drug use within 1–5 days, while hair testing can identify usage up to 90 days. Hair testing requires at least 2 inches of hair, though body hair may be used if available.

Fast and Secure Results

Negative test results are typically available within 24 hours, while non-negative results are reported within 72 hours after confirmation testing. Results are securely emailed to authorized company representatives only, ensuring confidentiality.
